1). Installation service: the seller should provide on the-spot installation instruction service for the buyer, including:
?To check whether the bracket and frame are in conformity with the technical requirements of the structure scheme the seller provided
?To instruct the buyer’s technicians to install the LED module cases and connection among those cases
?To experiment and adjust the whole panel, examine and repair the defective devices, guarantee panel in secure operation.
?To train the buyer’s technicians.
The service is free, but the buyer must pay our technician’s living and traffic fee during the installation period.
2) Guarantee time: 3 years quality guarantee(guarantee period), and we will provide free parts for replacement if any problem belong to us during this period; after the guarantee period, the seller should provide spare parts for replacement based on cost charge.
3) 15 working days after receiving the deposit (for standard product models); 20 working days after receiving the deposit (for special product models).
4). Payment term: T/T 50% as deposit before production, T/T 50% balance before delivery.
